UCSB offers a variety of training and support options, and web accessibility information, to students, faculty, and staff wishing to learn Connect Messaging and Collaboration services.
For assistance with Connect services, please contact the ITSC Call Center at (805) 893-5000 or file a support ticket using the UCSB Information Technology Service Center (ITSC).
Each service request includes a Service Level Agreement. These are agreements with the Connect customer community regarding the response and resolution times for each submitted request.
Support for the Current Students (U-Mail) service is provided by the Collaborate Student Support Center.
EXCEPTION: If your local IT department has advised you to use an alternate process for Connect support, continue to follow those procedures.
