Changing My Password

You can change your UCSBnetID password at any time using the UCSB Identity Manager.

If you've forgotten the answers to the security questions you provided when you activated your UCSBnetID, you'll need to come by our help desk to have them reset.

To reset the password for a Functional Account you must make the request through your Connect Departmental Administrator - they can use the Connect Administration Portal to make this change.
