For assistance with Connect services, file a support ticket using the UCSB Enterprise Technology Service Center (ETSC) or visit our Frequently Asked Questions to see if we've already answered it for you. 

Each service request will include a Service Level Agreement.  These are agreements with the Connect customer community regarding the response and resolution times for each submitted request.

EXCEPTION:  If your local IT department has advised you to use an alternate process for Connect support, continue to follow those procedures.
