What happens if I have an email address in multiple departments?

You will have only one Connect account. If two departments are participating in Connect, one email account contents will be migrated, and one will not. The departmental address can be set up by the CDA's. For example, if you have an ERI and an MSI account, one will be migrated to your Connect account, jane.gaucho@ucsb.edu. You will have to manually migrate any other email data.

What happens to my e-mail when my account is moved to Connect?

When your account is migrated, we will move all of your email messages and folders.

We will not be able to migrate your address books. To migrate them yourself:
