Delegating Calendar

You can elect to share your calendar details and/or full delegation rights with other people at UCSB. 

  1. Click on the triangle to the right of your Calendar and select Share this Calendar


     

  2. Search for the name of the person you want to share your calendar details/delegation rights with and click on their @ucsb.edu address. Choose the level of Permission Settings you want and click Add Person.


     

  3. Click Save and then Back to calendar
