Generic Client Config for Connect/Google

Although we don't directly support other email clients, you can use any standards-based email client with your Connect/Google Apps account. Just use these settings and everything ought to work a-ok.

If the UCSB LDAP address lookup in Thunderbird does not work, try this fix. In Tools -> Options -> Advanced tab -> General tab click on the Config Editor ... button, and click past the warning message. Change security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_128_sha and security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha from true to false by double-clicking on them. Note that you'll be prompted for your UCSBnetID and password when you begin using this directory search feature.
