    Today at approximately 12:45 PM, Google reported an issue that may affect functionality of the CAP.  For this reason, the CAP is temporarily unavailable.  We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

    Today at approximately 7:37 AM, Google Drive experienced an issue affecting the loading of files.  Google is working to resolve this issue.

  • Resolved - Google Email using Outlook

    Google has resolved the Outlook with GSSMO/GASMO issue. Re-start Outlook and your email will "send mail as" your default address. Losing your default signature was a product of this issue and has been resolved as well. Re-select your default signature(s). Contact the ETS Service Desk at x5000 if you are still experiencing difficulties.

    If you use Outlook with GSSMO/GASMO, please be aware that even if your fullname or department address is configured as your default “send mail as” in Google Web App (GWA), Outlook is now sending from your address. We are working with Google to resolve this. In the meantime, if this is causing a problem for you, please use GWA.

    We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Drive. We will provide more information shortly.
    Users may be receiving errors when accessing Drive. Classroom users may also be receiving errors when submitting or viewing assignments. Google Keep users may be affected as well.

    We're experiencing an issue affecting less than an estimated 0.25% of the Google Drive user base. The affected users are able to access Google Drive, but are seeing error messages and/or other unexpected behavior. We will provide an update by 12/1/16, 10:11 AM detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change.
    Google Drive users may be experiencing latency and 500 errors. This is affecting all editors and classroom, and particularly affecting spreadsheets.
